Best Player of the Year 2062 Nominees
Nepal Sports Journalists Forum (NSJF) announced the nominees for the Best Player of the Year 2062 Awards.
NSJF, the organization of the professional sports journalists in Nepal, announcement came on the World Sports Journalists Day. The winners of the each of four category along with the Lifetime Achievement Award would be announced on July 29 amidst a ceremony.
NSJF added Young Player of the Year category last year while Coach of the Year and Lifetime Achievement awards have been introduced this year. The latter to be presented to the personality with long history of serving Nepali sports sector.
A five-member selection committee chaired by secretary Narayan Upadhyay nominated the players and coaches after evaluating performances last year. The members of the committee are Himesh Bajracharya, Binod Pandey, Mahesh Acharya and Ujjwal Acharya.
