Nepal Sports Journalists Forum (NSJF) on Thursday signed a co-sponsorship agreement for the NSJF Pulsar Player of the Year 2065 with International Studies for Medical Education (ISME) Pvt Ltd and ISME Housing Pvt Ltd amidst a function in the capital.
The award ceremony will be held on September 10.
NSJF President Niranjan Rajbanshi and ISMI President and Chief Executive Officer Nagendra K Pumpety signed the co-sponsorship deal. ISMI will provide Rs 300,000 for the award.
“I am delighted to be a part of a program that honors sportspersons. I hope to continue doing so in the coming years as well,” said Pampati, an avid golfer, who has contributed much for the development of his favorite sport in Nepal.
The NSJF will provide awards in seven different categories — Pulsar male, female and youth players of the year, Pulsar popular player of the year, Pulsar coach of the year, Pulsar special award and Pulsar lifetime achievement award. Earlier, Golchha Organization signed the main sponsorship deal worth Rs 550,000.
